And this just in, another solution using a different method of
construction:

Tim Chow sent me in email:

"Yes, this works here and in other situations."
interj pron v adv conj prep adj n

Tim got around the subj-prep-conj-noun problem by using the conjuction
to connect the adverb with the prepositional phrase. But wait, some
might say, didn't I say that a conjunction had to join two *like* parts
of speech? Yes, I did, and that's what Tim did. The prepositional
phrase is an adverbial, that is, it is a phrase that acts like an
adverb. By linking 'situations' with the verb, 'in other situations'
acts like an adverb and thus it is proper to link it to the other adverb
'here' with the conjuction 'and.'

Can the same be done with a prepositional phrase that acts like an
adjective? Sure. Consider this:

Wow, it is surely broken and in disrepair.
interj pron v adv adj conj prep n

In this example, 'broken' and 'in disrepair' describe whatever 'it' is.
Thus, 'in disrepair' is an adjectival phrase.

My thanks to Tim for his unique solution.
