There are no common words other than "fashion" and "cushion" that end in "shion", other than variants of these two (e.g., "refashion" or "pincushion"). You'll have to go all the way to the Third International to find a third. There you'll find "fushion" -- which is a variant of "foison" which is a Scottish word meaning "strength."
