Problem

What software is there for constructing or solving logic puzzles of
the kind that come with a grid to aid the solution?

I'd like to know of any available software for constructing and/or
solving those popular logic puzzles -- the ones that usually are
accompanied by grids to facilitate the solution.  I'm interested in
looking at both Internet and Windows applications, static or
interactive.

I recently downloaded a Windows program called Brain Cell which does
this.  You will find it on ZDNet or (I think) Rocket Downloads.
Haven't played with it much but it seems to generate random puzzles.
