Problem

What was the hidden registration number of the car in the treasure-hunt
book _Ruby_?

Ruby came out for a limited time, I think about a year.

The story was about a car and the "little" people that lived "in" it.

Your had to work out from the story what the registration number of the
car was.

This made it a little bit like Kit Williams "Untitled" book aka "The
Bee on the Comb".

The numberplate on Ruby was:

                       GHC 384

       The G is hidden in the grass page 3
       The H is on the back of the lorry on page 8
       The c is the handle on the briefcase on page 15
       The 3 is hidden in the smoke on page 22
       The 8 is the head of the key in the engine on page 26
       The 4 is the garden fork on page 30

       There you go, a wondefull solution...not.
